CP-02 oil-soluble polyurethane plugging agent
Chongzhen cp-02 oil-soluble polyurethane plugging agent is a polymer chemical grouting plugging material produced by polymerizing MDI chemical reaction such as polyisocyanate and polyhydrocarbyl polyether. It is used to repair leakage of concrete cracks in buildings. It is suitable for crack leakage prevention and reinforcement of underground projects such as subways, tunnels, culvert boxes, dams, seaports, garages, and civil air defenses.
Product Features
· It has good hydrophobicity. It will undergo chemical reaction foaming and expansion immediately after encountering water, and solidify with sand and gravel to form a hard substance to block the cracks, and the gel consolidates into a highly elastic substance to permanently stop water.
· The gel time can be controlled, and the foaming time can be controlled from ten seconds to ten minutes according to the water temperature and the amount of water. A small amount of catalyst can be added on site if necessary.
· High expansion, no shrinkage, strong adhesion to the base, and strong adaptability to water quality, seawater can also be solidified.
· Single liquid grouting, low viscosity, good pourability, simple construction and easy cleaning.
Safety protective equipment such as goggles and gloves must be worn during construction.
Storage, transportation and packaging
· During transportation, the product should be strictly protected from rain and sun, avoid collision and falling during transportation, and replace the new barrel in time when the original packaging is damaged.
· The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and ventilated place indoors, away from open flames, isolated from heat radiation, and the original packaging should be placed in a shelf life of 6 months.
